Awesome news on the figs! That means they are growing great and very happy!! I would actually cull the figs. You want the tree to focus energy on growth, not fruit production this year. The tree doesn't have enough leaves and roots to ripen them properly anyways, so they probably won't taste great. I would just take some sharp pruners and cut the fruit off at the stem. I know it is tough to do, I had to do the same thing 2 weeks ago to some other cuttings I am rooting.
